OUR REPAIR PROCESS
6 SIMPLE STEPS TO REPAIR SUCCESSGet In Touch
Using one of our numerous contact methods get in touch with a member of our service team who will assess your needs and point you in the right direction.
Diagnosis
If we cant diagnose your fault clearly over the phone then we will come to your property free of charge* to diagnose the issue
Collection
We will then arrange for your device to be collected from your home address or from one of our collection points.
Repair
Your device will then come to us for repair. The repair will take up to 5 business days from date of collection.
Delivery
Your device will be delivered direct to your door within 48 hours of the completed repair. There is no need to visit a collection point for this step.
Payment
Payment is required by cash or BACS
Your payment is required upon delivery if paying by cash or before delivery if paying by BACS
* Standard charge for in property diagnosis is £30, this will be discounted from the final repair bill. PLEASE NOTE: In property diagnosis is only free when the repair is completed by ALL:MK Ltd
